We ship all over Europe. In Italy within a maximum of 4 working days, in Europe within 6 (but usually it arrives sooner). Costs are always visible before confirming.

We ship all over Europe. Cost calculated by weight.
Delivery times
In Italy, we deliver within a maximum of 4 working days from order confirmation. In Europe, within a maximum of 6 working days, but it usually arrives sooner (barring force majeure or hard-to-reach areas).
Shipping costs
- Peninsular Italy: fixed shipping €5.00.
- Islands and Venice: fixed shipping €7.00.
- Europe: shipping calculated by weight of the cart.
Updated costs are always shown before order confirmation.
Useful delivery information
If you are ABSENT on the first delivery attempt, the courier will make a second attempt; in Europe, the package may be left at the nearest parcel shop. In case of REFUSAL, the order will return to the warehouse for necessary checks.
How to behave upon delivery
Upon delivery, please check that:
- the package is intact, not damaged or wet, and conforms to standard packaging;
- the number of packages indicated on the transport document matches the packages actually delivered.
Keep the transport document (DdT).
In case of damage
For any damage — both to the outer packaging and to the goods inside the package — contact our Customer Service by sending some photos that clearly show the problem found: we will resolve it immediately.
