Politiche di Reso – Pianeta Risparmio Shop 1. Diritto di recesso (acquisti online) Il cliente che agisce come consumatore ha diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione, entro 14 giorni di calendario dalla consegna dei prodotti (o dell’ultimo prodotto, in caso di ordine multiplo), ai sensi degli artt. 52 e ss. del D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo). Salvo diverso accordo, i costi diretti della restituzione (spedizione di reso) sono a carico del cliente. 4. Rimborso Una volta ricevuti i prodotti resi e verificata la conformità ai requisiti sopra indicati, [Gruppo Bralant società proprietaria del marchio Pianeta Risparmio] rimborserà al cliente tutti i pagamenti relativi ai prodotti oggetto di recesso entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione del reso. Il rimborso avverrà tramite lo stesso mezzo di pagamento usato per l’acquisto, salvo diverso accordo espresso. La società può trattenere il rimborso finché non abbia ricevuto i beni oppure finché il cliente non dimostri di aver rispedito i beni (fa fede la prova di spedizione). Eventuali costi di consegna “extra” (es. consegna espressa rispetto a quella standard più economica offerta) non saranno rimborsati. 5.
